Interiors journalist, photographer, blogger & stylist Alice Roberton is working with BathVA to deliver monthly market previews, reviews, social commentary, topical style tips and industry insight

Alice has a background in working the Decorative Antiques & Vintage circuit, foremost as Brand Ambassador for Homes & Antiques Magazine – which involved trading, reporting from fairs and styling stands up and down the country.

More recently she has been freelancing to help event organisers in the world of antiques, vintage, salvage and home interiors to engage with their audience through blogging, editorial, social media and brand partnership, as well as turning her hand to visual merchandising, shop styling and photographing auction sales.

Alice grew up in Bath and has early childhood memories of being dragged – albeit fairly willingly – around markets, reclamation yards, auctions and charity shops. An appreciation of the old, unusual, weird, wonderful, functional and decorative emerged, ‘anything with a story to tell, visually or literally, gets my interest and there’s nothing better than a one-off with a small price tag on it’ says Alice.
